R.C.C. Spun Pipes

We manufacture high quality RCC (Reinforced cement concrete) pipes that are used for water supply schemes, drainage works, culverts and other purposes. Produced by centrifugal spinning process & tested on various parameters. Our range of RCC pipes are available in different constructions & sizes such as plain type, spigot type, socket end type, tung type and groove end type.

R.C.C. Box Culverts

Our precast concrete box colverts provide high flow capacity even where there is low gradient or headroom is not allowed. Each Box Culverts are individually designed so as to cater to a varied external loading conditions. Our range of pre-cast concrete box colvrets are highly durable and can be easily installed on the site. Spun box culverts are available in span sizes from 1000mm to 5400mm and internal heights from 500mm to 3600mm dependent on the final mould configuration adopted.

R.C.C. Manhole Covers

We offer our customers superior quality Double Main Whole Cover, which are designed and developed using advance technology and machinery. The offered covers are used on main roads for protection against accidents in pit holes. These main hole covers are manufactured in accordance with the defined quality standards. We produce Manhole covers made out of cast iron, concrete or a combination of the two. These are inexpensive, strong, and heavy, usually weighing more than 50-200 kilograms.

R.C.C. Jacking Pipes

Our range of RCC Jacking Pipe are used to build under ground pipelines for sewage. These pipes have smooth, non-absorbing exterior surface, tight tolerances and lighter weight construction. The smooth inner surface of the pipe ensures better hydraulic property for greater reliability. Our range of pipes has high tolerance level for uniform distribution of jack loads. We product Jacking pipe sizes from 1000mm to 2000mm.

R.C.C. Perforated Pipes

Our range of RCC perforated pipes are extensively used in land drainage applications. The perforation along the length of the pipe allows water to enter the pipe through these holes. These pipes are traditional made from concrete with small holes over the top part. Our range of RCC pipes are available in different constructions including tung type and groove type. We produce perforated pipe sizes from 300mm to 1000mm.

Rounded Manhole

We provide Round Manhole Chambers with Covers. A round manhole cover cannot fall through its circular opening, whereas a square manhole cover could fall in if it were inserted diagonally in the hole and Circular covers don’t need to be rotated or precisely aligned when placing them on the opening.
